Ultimate Dynamic focuses on the construction and laying of pipelines and operates mainly in the water, storm water and sewage sectors. Our clients include both public and private sector clients.

Specialist expertise in laying and welding of steel pipelines gives us the edge over many of our competitors in being able to offer our clients a complete turn key solution. We have the ability to work with a full range of pipelines, including steel, GRP, conctrete, PVC, ductile iron and HDPE.

Our primary market offering includes pipeline construction, trench-less technology construction, township roads and infrastructure development and general roads and earthworks.

Pipe jacking, or micro tunnelling is a trench-less method for installation of pipes and casings. Powerful hydraulic jacks are used to push specially designed pipes through the ground behind a shield at the same time as excavation is taking place within the shield.

Distances up to 30m long and up to 1,500mm in diameter are feasible, although the method can be used for much longer and larger installations.

This method is the most useful for shallow installations under railway lines and roads, where other trench-less methods could cause surface settling or heaving.

Projects completed and currently in progress, include the construction of 1ML (1 million litres) up to 20ML (20 million litres) concrete reservoirs for bulk water storage and distribution. Structures such as this include chambers controlling the inlet, outlet as and the metering of the water as well as reticulation for housing supply.

The construction of concrete bases as well as elevated steel tanks fall under our scope of works.

Recent structures also include a road over rail project near Carletonville in the Northwest Province.

Fabrication of all pipes and steel structures are done by our own team of qualified boilermakers and pipe welders, using only the highest quality of steel materials as per specific project specifications.

Non destructive testing (NDT) and 3rd party inspections by certified parties ensure that all quality standards are met

Coatings are done to project specifications.
